科技企业孵化平台在激发产业活力、发展创新型经济方面发挥了重要作用。分析天津市科技孵化平台发展现状及不足,为天津市制定进一步推进科技孵化平台建设政策提供有效的建议。
The incubator platform of technology enterprise plays an important role in stimulating industrial vitality,and developing innovative economy.Analysis of the current situation and deficiency of the incubator platform of Tianjin can put forward positive guidance to further promote the development of the incubators platform of Tianjin technology enterprises.
