摘要
名师的成长既是教师个体在长期的学习和教育实践中勇于探索、自我完善、教学相长的过程,又是学校和社会共同关注、悉心培养、辛勤浇灌的结果。教师自身内在力量的作用是名师成长的内因,环境因素的助推是名师成长的外因。
Becoming an eminent and sophisticated teacher is not only a process of diligent exploration,self-improvement and mutual enhancement between teachers and students which exists in long-term practical teaching activities,but also a result of common concerns and careful cultivation from both school and society.The successful road leading to an eminent vocational teacher is a combination of inner power as a internal cause and the outside environment as a external cause.
