环境因子对欧洲垂枝桦种子萌发的影响

The Effects of Environmental Factors on Seed Germination of Betula pendula

以引进俄罗斯欧洲垂枝桦种子为材料,研究外界环境因子对欧洲垂枝桦种子萌发的影响的结果表明:水分、温度、光照强度和pH值对欧洲垂枝桦种子发芽率有显著性影响,温度、光照强度和pH值对欧洲垂枝桦种子发芽势有显著性影响,水分对欧洲垂枝桦种子发芽势没有显著性影响。综合分析表明:欧洲垂枝桦种子萌发最适宜水分、温度、光照强度和pH值分别为5 m L、25℃、150μmol/m^2·s和5.4,此时种子萌发效果最好(种子发芽率高、种子发芽整齐一致)。

With the introduction of Russian Betula pendula seeds as materials,study the effects ofenvironmental factors on Germination of Betula pendula seeds.The results showed that the moisture,temperature,light intensity and pH value had significant effects on germination rate of Betula pendula seeds.Temperature,light intensity and pH value had significant effects on the germination potential of Betulapendula seeds.The moisture had no significant effects on the germination potential of Betula pendula seeds.Comprehensive analysis showed that the most suitable moisture,the most suitable temperature,the mostsuitable light intensity and the most suitable pH value of the seed germination of Betula pendula were5mL,25℃,150μmol/m2·s and5.4,at the same time,the seed germination was the best,the seed germination ratewas highest,the seed germination was neat and consistent.
