摘要
用GA_3、IAA、IBA等3种植物外源激素对蓝靛果忍冬种子进行浸种试验,以探索不同浓度的不同激素对蓝靛果忍冬种子发芽的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的GA_3、IAA、IBA对蓝靛果忍冬种子的萌发作用有不同的影响,浓度为500 mg/L的IAA对蓝靛果忍冬发芽率和发芽指数促进效果最好;浓度为250 mg/L的IAA对蓝靛果忍冬发芽势的促进效果最好。
In this paper,the effects of three kinds of plant exogenous hormones(GA3,IAA,IBA)on thegermination of Lonicera caerulea var.edulis were studied by soaked seed experiment.The result showed thatdifferent concentrations of GA3,IAA and IBA had different effects on germination of L.caerulea var.edulisseeds,the500mg/L concentration of IAA had the best promoting effect on germination rate and germinationindex,the250mg/L concentration of IAA had the best promoting effect on germination potential.
