摘要
IEC62351标准是针对电力系统安全运行制定的数据和通信安全协议,解决变电站基于IEC61850标准通信带来的安全性问题。本文在研究IEC62351标准基础上,为智能变电站自动化系统数据通信提出了一种自适应IEC62351标准的机制。通过基于SCD文件证书管理中心的构建,站内设备通信编解码的自识别等技术方案,实现现有设备与符合IEC62351标准设备的互操作性和互换性。为解决智能变电站自动化通信体系向符合IEC62351标准过渡提供了思路,给IEC62351标准的工程化实施提供了参考。
The IEC62351standard is a data and communication security protocol,which is set for the safe operation of power system andsolves the information security problem of substation communication based on IEC61850standard.On the basis of the study of IEC62351standard,this paper proposes an adaptive IEC62351standard mechanism for the data communication of smart substation automation system.By a series of technical implementations,including constructing an SCD file-based certificate management center,designing a self-recognitionmethod of the communication encode/decode across station equipment,and other viable schemes,this adaptive mechanism realizes theinteroperability and interchangeability between existing devices and IEC62351-based devices.The proposed approach provides the access tosolving the transition from smart substation automation communication system to a security system that conforms with IEC62351standard,and offers an effective reference for the engineering implementation of IEC62351standard
