摘要
应用FLUENT软件分析了原油流经180°弯管时,内压P随弯管出口压强P_0、入口流速v、流体密度ρ及弯管弯曲度k=R/D变化的分布规律,建立了相应135种工况内压P分布数据库;据弯管内壁面压强P在不同参数(P_0、v、ρ、k)下的分布、变化规律,应用1stOpt软件分析拟合了弯管内压分布计算公式;并通过11种工况FLUENT数值模拟结果比对,验证了该公式的计算精度(最大相对误差d≤0.045%),为高压、高流速、长距离输油管道和弯管设计及其安全性评估提供了依据。
FLUENT software was used to analyze the distribution of internal pressure P of elbow with the variation of outletpressure P0,inlet velocity v,fluid densityρand the degree of curvature k=R/D during the flow of crude oil in180degree bendpipe,to establish135kinds of working condition of internal pressure P distribution database.According to the distribution law of thepressure of the inner wall of the elbow under different parameters(P0、v、ρ、k),calculation formula of the internal pressuredistribution of the pipe is analyzed and fitted by1stOpt software.Through the numerical simulation results of11kinds of workingcondition of FLUENT,the calculation precision of the formula was verified(Maximum relative errord≤0.045%).It provides basisfor design of bend pipe and safety evaluation of pipeline in high pressure,high flow rate and long distance petroleum pipeline.
