摘要
本研究从投球后暂堵球运行过程、受力情况、影响暂堵球坐封的关键性因素等方面进行了研究,并编制了相应的模拟计算软件,结合现场实际数据,得出了排量、密度差、封堵孔眼数、流体黏度等参数对暂堵球封堵效率的影响。经过对比分析知,暂堵球能否封堵成功对排量和需封堵孔眼数较敏感,高排量、较少孔眼数和较低密度差有利于提高封堵效果。该结论能够直接应用于现场投球选层酸压施工,为提高封堵效果和单井动用程度具有指导性意义。
This paper has analyzed ball sealer moving process,how forces work on balls and which parameters are main factors.Through the software programming developed ourselves,we got the relationships between ball sealing efficiency and pumping rate,density difference,number of perforation and fluid viscosity.After being compared,pumping rate and perforated hole number are themost sensitive factors.Higher pumping rate,less hole number and low density difference can increase the efficiency of ball sealing.Thisconclusion can be used during oilfield acid-fracturing treatment directly,and can improve its effect and developed degree of single well.
