浅谈地面火炬的仪表自动控制

本文主要从其工艺控制特点对地面火炬仪表系统的研究,建议在新建乙烯项目中采用工厂内统一的DCS和SIS来实现控制功能,不用单独购置FCS火炬控制系统,节省炼化新项目建设投资。

This article demonstrates the characteristics of process control in the instrument control of ground flare.It suggeststhat distributional control system(DCS)and supervisory information system(SIS)that have been used in plant to realize thecontrol function of newly built ethylene project and it is unnecessary to purchase another flare control system which will save costs ofthe new projects.
