为有效提升军人战斗力,在我军现行的军人住房保障体制下,应将家庭支援理念与军队公寓区公共服务设施配置结合起来对军人家庭进行服务保障。部队某公寓区规划是家庭支援理念在我军的首次实践,通过对其规划实践进行分析,探索在家庭支援理念下军队公寓区公共服务设施的配置要点,从规划层面提升军队公寓区的服务保障能力,从而保障军队战斗力。

In order to enhance the combat effectiveness of soldiers effectively.The concept of family support and public service facilities in the military apartment area should be combined to give service to military families under the current military housing security system.The planning of army one apartment block is the first practice of family support in PLA.Through analysis of its planning practice,the key configuration points of public service facility in the military apartment area under the concept of family support are explored to promote the service and guarantee capability of military apartment area in the planning level,and to ultimately achieve the goal of guarantee the army combat effectiveness.
