摘要
基于降低夏热冬冷地区建筑能耗的要求,根据三原色混色机理将镍钛黄与钴蓝颜料共混制备了浅绿色建筑节能涂层。通过紫外/可见光/近红外分光光度计、红外辐射率仪和精密色差仪对2种颜料和涂层性能进行了表征,利用自制的隔热装置测量了涂层的隔热性能。结果表明:镍钛黄颜料的近红外反射率平均值为77.21%,比钴蓝颜料高29.24%;涂层的近红外反射率随镍钛黄颜料共混质量比的增加而增大,当共混质量比为10∶1,涂层的近红外反射率平均值最大可达66.81%,比颜色相近的钴绿涂层高36.18%,平衡温度低2℃,隔热效果明显。
Based on the requirement of reducing energy supplies in hot summer and cold winter zone,light green building energy-saving coatings were prepared by mixing nickel titanium yellow with cobalt blue as pigments according to trichromatic theory of color vision.Influence of mixing mass ratio of two type of pigments on properties of coatings was discussed.Properties of two type of pigments and coatings were tested and characterized in turn by ultraviolet/visible/near infrared spectrophotometer,infrared emissivity measurement instrument.The homemade device for reflective insulation performance testing was applied to analyse the properties of reflectance in heat insulation.The results demonstrate that average near infrared reflectance of nickel titanium yellow is77.21%,which is29.24%higher than that of cobalt blue.Near infrared reflectance of coatings enhances when mixing mass ratio of nickel titanium yellow increase.Average near infrared reflectance of coatings is66.81%and36.18%higher than that of cobalt green coating when mixing mass ratio of nickel titanium yellow/cobalt blue is10∶1.Meanwhile,equilibrium temperature of coating is2℃lower than that of cobalt green coating.Thus,the effect of heat resistance is impressive.
