下腰痛病人脊柱功能状况评估及影响因素分析

Current status of the spinal function of low back pain patients and the influencing factors

目的调查下腰痛病人的一般资料、脊柱功能状况及生活质量现状,并分析相关影响因素。方法我们于2016年8~10月对四川省某三甲医院脊柱外科145例下腰痛病人采用一般资料调查表和脊柱功能指数量表(spine functional index,SFI)进行问卷调查,调查内容包括一般资料和脊柱功能状况(满分为100分,得分越低,腰痛越明显)。本研究共发放问卷145份,回收136份,有效问卷129份。结果纳入本研究病人129例,男77例,女52例;年龄为14~83岁,平均为(47.74±13.78)岁。病人SFI总分为(38.91±23.18)分,功能状况较差。病人干重活的能力受下腰痛影响最大,SFI得分为(0.829±0.309)分;食欲受其影响最小,SFI得分为(0.155±0.305)分。下腰痛病人脊柱功能状况与性别、年龄、文化程度、职业等均无关(均P>0.05);与病程长短、是否吸烟、是否饮酒有关(均P<0.05)。结论下腰痛病人脊柱功能状况较差,病人疼痛明显。应积极进行健康教育,提高病人对疾病的认识,嘱病人及时就医、戒烟、戒酒,减轻病人疼痛。

Objective To investigate the demographic data,current status of spinal function and quality of life of low back pain patients,and analyze the influencing factors.Methods From August to October2016,we used Demographic Data Questionnaire and Spine Functional Index(SFI)to analyze the clinical data of145patients with low back pain.The investigation contents included patients’demographic data and the status of spinal function.The full mark of SFI was100points.Lower score meant worse status of low back pain.Inthe research,we posted145questionnaires and recycled136question naires.Only129questionnaires wereeffective.Results One hundred and twenty-nine low back pain patients were included in our research with77males and52females.The average age was(47.74±13.78)years old(range:14?83years old).The averagescore of SFI was(38.91±23.18)points.The ability of working heavily was affected mostly while the appetitewas affected least.Gender,age,degree of education and profession were not influencing factors for the spinefunction(all P>0.05).But the duration of the symptom,smoking and intake of alcohol had an influence onlow back pain(all P<0.05).Conclusion The spinal function of low back pain patients was worse and the discomforts influence patients’daily life.In order to reduce the patients’discomforts,we should give them health education and improve their awareness of this disease.Patients should see doctors early and quit smoking.
