联合用药治疗老年高血压的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of calcium channel blocker combined with ARB on senile hypertension

目的探讨钙离子拮抗剂(CCB)联合血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)对老年高血压患者疗效观察。方法回顾性选取门诊老年高血压患者131例,依据用药方案的差异,分成两组,对照组64例采用左旋氨氯地平治疗,研究组67例接受左旋氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗,两组均以持续用药8周为观察期,比较两组降压效果、药物有效性和不良反应的影响。结果研究组SBP(131.24±18.56)mmHg、DBP(79.58±14.09)mmHg、MAP(96.80±14.12)mmHg、PP(51.66±10.73)mmHg,较对照组显著降低(P值均<0.05)。研究组不良反应率(10.45%)和对照组(12.50%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CCB联合ARB治疗老年高血压对改善患者血压状况有显著疗效,药物有效性高,安全性好,适宜临床老年高血压患者应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of calcium channel blockers( CCB) and AngiotensinII receptor antagonists(ARB) in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods 131 elderly patients with hypertension were retrospectively analyzed. According to the difference of drug regimen, they were divided into two groups. The control group of 64 cases was taken with L-amlodipine treatment, and the study group of 67 cases was taken with levamlodipine combined with valsartan treatment. Both groups were treated with continuous drug 8w for the observation period. The antihypertensive effect, drug efficacy and side effects of the two groups were compared. Results The SBP( 131.24 ± 18.56) mmHg, DBP( 79.58 ± 14.09) mmHg, MAP( 96.80 ± 14.12) mmHg and PP( 51.66 ± 10.73) mmHg were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0.05).The total effective rate( 89.55%) and the compliance rate( 76.56%) of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P < 0.05). There were no significant differences between the study group( 10.45%)and the control group( 12.50%). Conclusion CCB combined with ARB in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension has a significant effect on the improvement of blood pressure, it is with high drug efficacy, safety, and it is suitable for clinical application.
