西甲硅油联合复方聚乙二醇在结肠镜检查术前肠道准备中的应用

Simethicone combined with compound polyethylence glycol electrolytes powder in the preoperative bowel preparation for colonoscopy

目的探讨3种不同肠道准备方法对结肠镜检查视野清晰度和患者耐受度的影响。方法将行结肠镜检查的971例患者按就诊时间顺序分为A组(复方聚乙二醇组)、B组(番泻叶组)、C组(复方聚乙二醇+西甲硅油组)3组。根据结肠镜检查所见视野清晰度和患者耐受度评价其效果。结果 C组肠道清洁效果显著优于A、B组;3组患者耐受程度没有明显差别。结论综合视野清晰度、患者耐受度,口服西甲硅油联合复方聚乙二醇组是目前比较理想的结肠镜检查术前的肠道准备方法。

Objective To study the vision clarity of 3 kinds of bowel preparations before colonoscopy and compare the patients tolerance to them.Methods 971 cases needed colonoscopy were divided into three groups by day of examination:A group(Compound polyethyleneglycol electrolytes powde group,n = 321),B group(Folium sennae; group,n = 325),C group(Compound polyethyleneglycol electro1ytes powde + simethicone group,n =325).The effects were evaluated by the vision clarity of bowel(excellent,good,poor) and the patients tolerance(excellent,good,poor). Results The vision clarity of C group were better than A and B group,and there was no diference in the patients tolerance of A、B and C group(P > 0.05).Conclusion Regarding the vision clarity of bowel and patients tolerance, Simethicone combined with compound polyethylence glycol e1ectrolytes powder is appropriate for bowel preparation for colonoscopy bowel preparation.
