ESD治疗上消化道病变的疗效分析

Efficacy and safety of ESD in the treatment of 25 patients with upper digestive tract disease

目的研究内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)治疗上消化道病变的疗效及安全性。方法选取2014年7月~2016年8月期间采用ESD进行治疗的13例上消化道病变患者作为研究组,将同期选用内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)进行治疗的12例上消化道病变患者作为对照组,对两组的治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果通过手术治疗后,研究组患者的手术时间与住院时间较对照组明显增多(P<0.05),而完全切除率对比显示,研究组均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论上消化道病变患者采用内镜黏膜下剥离术进行治疗,能够提高患者的手术效果,安全可靠。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of endoscopic submucosal dissection( ESD) in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal lesions Methods Thirty patients with upper gastrointestinal lesions who underwent ESD treatment from July 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the study group.Twelve patients with upper gastrointestinal lesions who underwent endoscopic mucosal resection( EMR) In the control group, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared. Results After operation, the operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P < 0.05), while the complete resection rate showed that the study group was significantly improved( P < 0.05). Conclusion Upper gastrointestinal lesions in patients with endoscopic submucosal dissection for treatment, can improve the patient's surgical results, safe and reliable.
