基于民事诉讼视角的大学生维权能力培养

Cultivation on the Safeguarding Rights Ability of University Students from the Perspective of Civil Action

法治国家的实现有赖于公民对法律知识的了解,并普遍地遵守法律,在其权利受到侵害时,运用法律的武器维护自己的合法权益。大学生作为特殊的社会群体,其维权能力的高低不仅对自身权益的维护,而且对我国法治国家的推进至关重要。在解读维权能力的内涵的基础上分析影响大学生维权能力的因素,基于民事诉讼的视角提出了提高大学生维权能力的基本思路。

The realization of a country ruled by law depends on the citizens who understand legal knowledge and abide by legal generally. When their rights and interests have been infringed, they can use legal weapons to protect their legitimate rights and interests.As a special group, college students can not only have a great impact on the protection of their own rights and interests, but also on the process of our legal country with their ability of safeguarding rights. The paper has analyzed the factors influencing the ability of safeguarding rights on the basis of interpretation connotation of rights protection ability and put forward the basic ideas to improve the ability of university students' safeguarding rights from the perspective of civil action.
