高职院校“阳光体育运动”实施方案初探

该文通过对辽宁建筑职业学院、辽宁城市建设职业技术学院、辽宁工程学院、辽宁水利职业技术学院、辽宁林业职业技术学院、辽宁交通高等专科学校等10多所院校调查,了解辽宁省高职院校阳光体育运动的现状,分析影响高职院校阳光体育运动长效机制的因素,从而提出"阳光体育运动"实施方案具体实施办法,使"阳光体育运动"这项国策落到实处,促进亿万学生积极参加体育锻炼,掌握锻炼技能、养成锻炼习惯和提高体质健康水平。

In this paper,through the investigation of Career Academy,Liaoning city Liaoning building construction engineering college,Career Technical College,Liaoning Career Technical College,Liaoning Vocational College of Forestry,Liaoning Provincial College of Communications,Liaoning water conservancy,more than and10schools,to understand the status quo of Liaoning Vocational College of sunshine sports,factors analysis of long term mechanism of sunshine sports in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward the implementation of"Sunshine Sports"for the specific implementation measures,so that the policy of"Sunshine Sports"into effect,promote the hundreds of millions of students actively participated in physical exercise,exercise to master skills,develop exercise habits and improve physical health.
