摘要
该文以重庆市第五届运动会为例,通过文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法,研究举办运动会对城市人力资源各方面的影响,提出一些建议和要求,以推动重庆市运会在我国经济新常态下的可持续发展。研究结果表明:运动会的举办推进和谐城市关系的形成;运动会的举办加快城市体育产业的发展;以人为本的管理方式促进市民沟通合作。
This paper takes Chongqing City Fifth games as an example,through the method of literature,investigation,logical analysis,affect all aspects of human resources of city to hold the games,put forward some suggestions and requirements,in order to promote the sustainable development of Chongqing City Sports in the new normal economy in China.The results show that to promote the formation of harmonious relationship between the city:hosting the games;Games held in the city to speed up the development of the sports industry;people-oriented management to promote public communication and cooperation.
