广州地区酒店员工继续教育培训情况调查分析——以广州市南沙大酒店为例

摘要 开展酒店员工继续教育培训需求调查,对增强培训工作的针对性和实效性,促进酒店员工工作能力的提升和个人职业的发展,具有重要意义。采用问卷调查的方法,对广州南沙大酒店员工的继续教育培训现状及需求进行调研,分析了酒店员工在继续教育培训方面的需求,并提出了完善的意见和设想。 To carry out the investigation of the needs of the hotel staff to continue education and training,to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the training work,promote the improvement of the ability of the hotel staff and the development of personal occupation,has important significance.The author adopts the method of questionnaire survey,the continuing education of guangzhou Nansha grand hotel staff training have investigated the current situation and demand,analyzes the hotel staff in continuing education training requirements,and put forward Suggestions and ideas to improve it.
