This paper aims to discuss two aspects of corpus-aided novel teaching in high school.The first aspect is corpus-aided novel teaching’s contribution to the authenticity of novel resources and the arrangement of curricula in accordance with the principle of learner’s cognition.The second aspect is corpus-aided novel teaching assists in establishing students’cognition schema and forms English independent learning habits.
