摘要
卓越工程师培养的质量保障和控制是一项复杂的系统工程,需要科学和规范的方法提供指导和决策支持。深入分析卓越工程师培养的通用标准和质量保障要求,构建基于动态质量功能展开(DQFD,Dynamic Quality Function Deployment)的卓越工程师培养质量保障控制模型,将质量需求以及来自社会、学生和各种监控活动的反馈信息逐层内化到质量规划和设计、保障要素规划和设计的各个环节中,实现卓越工程师培养质量的持续改进。
The quality assurance and control of outstanding engineers training are complex system engineering and need the scientifi c and normative methods to provide guidance and decision support. This paper deeply analyzes the common standard and quality assurance requirements of outstanding (DQFD) engineers training and constructs a quality assurance control model based on dynamic quality function deployment theory. By mapping feedback information from society, students and various monitor procedures into all links of plan and design of quality and assurance factors, the proposed model can achieve the continuous improvement of outstanding engineers training.
