机构老年痴呆症患者的音乐干预研究--以上海N福利院为例

The Intervention Research on Alzheimer's Patients in Agency Using Music Method——From the Case of N Agency in Shanghai

本研究以上海N福利院的部分老年痴呆患者为对象,对患病程度不同的对象,采用音乐治疗的方式,对其进行感官方面的干预,以达到帮助服务对象放松情绪,促进社会互动,在音乐互动中提高服务对象的社会活动力,提升老年痴呆人群生命质量的目标。经过三个多月14次的干预活动,研究者采用MMSE量表、ADL量表进行测量评估,同时以个案访谈及观察为辅,来探讨音乐治疗对老年痴呆患者的干预效果,结果发现:第一,在社会工作干预中引入音乐元素,对老年痴呆患者病情的预防工作有积极影响。第二,借助非药物治疗的方法,在一定时期内保持原来的身体状况,推迟恶化的速度。第三,音乐这种媒介适用于针对老年痴呆症患者进行干预活动。最后本文对干预研究实施过程中的一些问题进行了分析并提出了改善建议。

The paper using music therapy method to service agency aging who have the Alzheimer’s disease.Theaims of the study is relaxing the emotion and improving the social interaction through music immersion.After14times intervention in3months,the MMSW and ADL used as the evaluation tool,we found that:(1)The interventionwith music elements have the positive prevention effect on aging with Alzheimer in social work practice.(2)Withthe aiding of non-drug treatment,the Alzheimer patients can keep the original condition which means the musicintervention postpone the rate of deterioration in certain period.(3)Using music to intervention the aging withAlzheimer is suitable.The paper analyzed some problems in research process and afforded specifi c suggestions atlast.
