在社会科学研究的意义上,社会工作的价值观具有显著的意识形态特征,它是由评价性与经验性知识构成的。社会工作"是什么"层次的价值观应体现评价性与技术性维度的统一,它是对社会工作助人行动的目的、方法、手段、效果等各个相关方面的价值关照和技术关照。以社会工作宁养服务作为社会工作价值观二维结构理论的验证对象,揭示其极端性特征的认知结构,有助于走出宁养服务的现实困境。宁养社会工作应借助灵性资源,以灵性干预为策略,为宁养服务价值观的技术性维度设计增添更有效的途径。

In the sense of social sciences research,the value of social work,which is constituted by evaluative andempirical knowledge,possesses signifi cant ideological characteristics.The value in the level of“what is”socialwork ought to embody the unifi cation of evaluative and technical dimensions,besides,it should be a kind of careabout values and techniques in purposes,methods,means,effects and various relevant aspects of the helping actionsof social work.Taking the hospice service of social work as the identity object of the two-dimensional structuretheory of social work value as well as revealing the cognitive structure of the service’extreme characteristics areconductive to improving the realistic predicament of the service.The hospice service of social work should drawsupport from spiritual resources and adopt spiritual intervention as a strategy,so as to add more effective approachesto the design of the technical dimension of the hospice service value.
