优势视角下残疾人婚姻的社会工作介入研究——以武汉市SY社区个案为例

Social Work Intervention on Marriage of Disabled People:the Strength Perspective——Taking SY Community in Wuhan as an Example

随着残疾人成为社会工作重要的服务领域,其婚姻服务也受到更广泛的重视。由于普遍受到生理缺陷、心理障碍及社会经济地位较低等因素的影响,他们在婚姻缔结和维系中也遇到了资源匮乏、负担沉重等特殊困难。作为新的尝试,运用优势视角开展该领域的社会工作服务改变了以往问题视角的服务逻辑和思维方式,对于提升残疾人婚姻缔结和维系的能力具有更强的适切性。本研究在评估残疾人婚姻中的主体及环境优势的基础上,提出了优势取向的残疾人婚姻社会工作介入的干预框架和若干实践策略。

As social work for people with disabilities becomes an important service area,their marriage services have also been caused more attention.Due to the general physical defects,psychological barriers lower socioeconomic status and other factors,when they are entering and maintaining a marriage,they have also encountered the special difficulties of scarce resources,the burden of bearing and so on.As an attempt,using the strength perspective for social work practice has changed the service logic of the problems perspective in the past,and it is more relevance to enhance the ability of disabled people when they are ready to get married or have been married.Based on the evaluation of the subjective and environmental strength for the marriage of the disabled people,the action research puts forward the intervention framework and several practical strategies for the social work intervention of the marriage of the disabled.
