摘要
高校纪委面临聚焦主业、全面落实"三转"工作的新常态。要充分认识监督执纪问责的必要性,积极化解面临的主要困惑,通过加强监督的有效性、提升执纪的严肃性、强化问责的震慑性,实现监督执纪问责的有效途径。
Discipline in colleges and universities faced with focus on its main business,the full implementation of"three circles"workof the newnormal.Tofully understand the necessity of supervisionand enforcement accountability,resolvingthe main confusion,by strengthening the effectiveness of supervision,enhance the seriousness of enforcement,strengthening the accountability of the shock,the effective way to implement supervision and enforcement accountability.
