医学生生活事件、心理资本与问题行为现状及其关系研究

Research on the Relations among Life Event,Psychological Capital and Problem Behavior of Medical Students

笔者结合自身的教学实践经验,通过科学的研究方法对许昌学院医学院的610名医学生进行了问卷调查研究,使用SPSS21.0等软件进行了数据分析。结果表明:医学生问题行为普遍存在;生活事件与问题行为呈现显著的正相关,心理资本与问题行为呈现显著的负相关,生活事件与心理资本也呈现出显著的负相关;心理资本在生活事件和问题行为的关系中起到负向调节作用。

In this study,we measured610medical students with the Adolescent's Problem Behavior Questionnaire,Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Adolescent's Life Events Scale.The results showed that:Medical Secondary vocational students'problem behaviors are widespread.Life events has a significant positive correlation with problem behaviors,Psychological capital has the significant negative correlation with problem behaviors,Life events has the significant negative correlation with psychological capital.Psychological capital have the positive moderation effect between life event and problembehavior.
