高职院校校企合作体制建设的研究与实践

Research and Practice on the System Construction of School-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文通过分析研究目前高等职业院校在大力发展校企合作中出现的主要困难与问题,尤其是职业院校师生下企业顶岗实习中存在的主要困难与问题,提出"一政策一平台两制度"的创新合作模式与体制建设,较好地解决了目前高等职业院校校企合作发展中存在的困难与障碍,将有利于提高高等职业教育教学人才培养的质量水平。

This paper analyzes the main difficulties and problems in the development of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,especially the difficulties and problems existing in the in ternship of teachers and students invocational colleges and universities,and puts forward a policy-platform-two-system"Innovation cooperation model and system construction,better solve the current higher vocational colleges and universities-enterprise cooperation inthe development of difficulties and obstacles,will help improve the quality of higher vocational education and teaching quality.
