临床医学专业实施"三早"教育是当前完善临床医学人才培养方案的重要途径,已经被国内外医学院校广泛认可。我们以独立学院的医学人才培养目标为指导,通过实施早期接触临床、早期接触科研和早期接触社会的"三早"实践教学模式改革,旨在探索一套科学、有效的临床医学人才培养的创新之路。

Three early teaching mode for clinical medicine students has been widely adopted by the domestic and foreign medical colleges and universities.Taking the medical talent training goal of the independent college as the instruction,we has implemented the"Three Early"practice teaching mode(i.e,early exposure to clinical practice,early involvement of scientific research,and early contact with society)to explore a scientific and effective way on innovative talents training of clinical medicine.
