摘要
通过对管式正极板灌粉量、浸酸电解液密度、固化条件以及化成电量的研究,分析了不同制备工艺和固化工艺对管式正极板化成质量的影响,发现合理的灌粉量、低的浸酸密度有利于提高管式极板的化成效率。
The formation quality of tubular positive plates in the formation process has been studied by optimizing filling volume, acid density of soaking, curing regime and capacity of formation. It is found that the proper filling weight, lower acid density of soaking and formation capacity can improve the formation efficiency of positive plates and the curing regimes have different impacts on the formation as well.
