“从严治党”视域下高校学生党建工作的思考

Reflections on the Party Building among College Students in the Horizon of “Strictly Administer the Party”

高校学生党建工作肩负着培养国家优秀合格人才、对青年学生进行政治素质教育的重任,特别是在"从严治党"的大背景下,高校学生党建工作应当走在改革创新的前沿。当今高校学生党建工作存在诸多共性问题,本文结合"从严治党"的党建战略要求,分析了高校学生党建工作存在的缺陷和问题,针对学生党员发展标准和培养制度的建立、舆论引导能力培养、基层党组织品牌构建和创新意识培育、后期培养和监督考核等方面提出对策,以期促进高校学生党建工作取得新进步。

Party-building work of college students is one of the most important parts of trainingout standing qualified personnel and giving young students political quality education in higher schools.The college student Party members are leaders and exemplary of students group.Especially at the background of strictly administer the Party,the wok of Party building among college students should walk in the forefront of reform and innovation.There are many problems existing in the Party building among college students.Combining the strategic requirement of strictly administer the Party,the article analysis the defects and problems in Party building among college students,and suggests strengthening reform in establishing development criteria and training system of student party member,in training student party member’s ability toguide public opinion,in constructing brand concept of basic Party organization and fostering the concept of innovative consciousness,and in late training and supervision and assessment,to promote new progress of Party building in colleges and universities.
