应用型本科高校教师实践教学能力提升的思考与实践

Thinking and Practice on the Improvement of Practical Teaching Ability of Applied Undergraduate College Teachers

当前,我国多数应用型本科高校是普通本科高校转型过来,大多数教师都是从校门出来直接走进校门,普遍缺乏社会实践经验,其实践教学能力难以满足应用型人才培养的要求,承担起培养大学生实践和创新能力的任务。因此,建设一支理论基础扎实,实践能力较强的教师队伍对应用型本科高校就显得十分必要和迫切。本文以地方应用型高水平大学建设单位安徽科技学院为例,总结其在提升教师实践教学能力方面的经验与做法,希望对其它应用型本科高校提供参考和借鉴。

At present,most of the application oriented Undergraduate Colleges and universities in China is the transition from the ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities,Most of the teachers are directly into the school from the school,the lack of experience in social practice,the practice teaching ability is difficult to meet the requirements of training applied talents,practice and innovation ability to assume the task of College students.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to build a contingent of teachers with a strong theoretical foundation and strong practical ability.In this paper,the construction unit to the local application of high level College of Anhui Science and Technology University as an example,summed up in the aspects of enhancing teachers'ability of practice teaching experience and practice,hoping to provide a reference for other application oriented university.
