基于高校继续教育发展趋势和机制创新研究

Research on the Development Trend and Mechanism Innovation of Continuing Education in Colleges and Universities

我国是一个教育大国,国家对教育事业的发展高度重视,并且提出了构建学习型社会的口号,促进了我国终身教育事业的有效发展,同时也使得高校继续教育的发展面临着新的发展趋势,对此也就要求高校继续教育要采取各种创新措施,从而才能够更好地适应新时代环境下教育事业发展的要求以及社会建设的各种需求。本文对我国高校继续教育进行研究,分析了高校继续教育的发展趋势,并为如何进行高校继续教育机制创新提出了一些对策。

China is a big country of education,the state attaches great importance to the development of education,and put forward the construction of learning society,the slogan,to promote the effective development of our lifelong education,but also makes the development of continuing education in Colleges and universities is facing a new trend of development,this also requires universities to take all kinds of innovation measures of continuing education,which can better adapt to the new era of the development of education environment and the requirements of various needs of social construction.This paper mainly studies the continuing education inour country,firstly analyzes the development trend of the continuing education in Colleges and universities,and puts forward some countermeasures for how to carry out the innovation of the mechanism of continuing education in universities.
