大学生英语应用能力的培养是应用型本科院校在培养学生时所面临的一个重要问题。通过对应用型本科院校概念的界定、应用型本科院校外语学习文化现状的研究,来探析建设应用型本科院校外语学习文化的必要性。通过建设应用型本科院校课堂外语文化及校园外语文化,形成更加浓厚的外语学习文化氛围,提高学生的英语应用能力。

The cultivation of college students’application ability of foreign language is the problem that the applied undergraduate colleges face in training students'ability.Through the research on the definition of applied undergraduate colleges and the present situation of foreign language learning culture,we try to analyzethe necessity to streng then the construction on foreign language learning culture of applied undergraduates.By analyzing the foreign language classroom culture and the foreign language campus culture of applied undergraduate colleges,we hope to form a better cultural atmosphere of learning foreign language and improve the students’English application abilities.
