摘要
试验以圆叶双面红为材料,研究不同光照处理(全光照和半光照)下红花檵木叶色及色素含量的变化规律。结果表明:8月随着光照强度的减弱,红花檵木叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素的含量以及叶绿素a/b的值均不同程度地下降,而花色素苷的含量明显上升;而11月温度、湿度均较低时,遮光处理的红花檵木叶片中色素比例的变化与8月截然相反。在广西温度较高的季节通过荫网遮挡和适当喷水等措施,能有效延缓植物叶片中花色素苷的降解。
Taking double red round leaf as material, the different light treatments (light and the half light) variation of Safflower in Folium loropetali color and pigment contentwere studied. The results showed that: in August, with the decrease of light intensity, Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoid content and chlorophyll a/chlorophyll b value decrease, while the anthocyanin content increased significantly in November; and when the temperature and humidity in the environment are relatively low, and the change of in August the proportion of pigment of Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum shading in the opposite. In the high temperature season in Guangxi, the use of shade screen and appropriate water spray can effectively delay the degradation of anthocyanin in plant leaves.
