桂阳烟叶感官品质区域特征分析

The Analysis on Regional Characteristics of the Sensory Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco from Guiyang County

为明确桂阳县烟叶感官品质区域特征,以桂阳县2011?2013年的烟叶样品为材料,对其烟叶感官品质进行了分析。结果表明:1桂阳县烟叶香气质较好、香气量较充足、尚透发,烟气尚细腻、尚柔和、尚圆润,稍有刺激和干燥感,余味尚净尚舒适,微有青杂气、生青气、枯焦气和木质气;2上部烟叶的香气量大于中部烟叶,上部烟叶较中部烟叶透发和细腻,但上部烟叶干燥感较中部烟叶强;3桂阳县烟叶不同年份、不同乡镇感官品质差异小且稳定;4桂阳县烟叶感官品质较津巴布韦烟叶略差,但较湖南浓香型其他产区要好。

The smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco were analyzed by sensory evaluating the tobacco samples from Guiyang County in2011-2013in order to ascertain the regional characteristics.The results were as follows:1)The flue-cured tobacco from Guiyang County were provided with better quality of aroma,much enough quantity of aroma,a little diffusiveness,a little smoothness,a little softness,a little mellowness,little irritancy,little dryness,a little purity and easinessafter taste,tiny scorched odor,tiny ligneous odor,tiny raw green odor and tiny green odor.2)The quantity of aroma of upper tobacco was enough more than middle tobacco,the diffusiveness and smoothness of upper tobacco were better than middle tobacco,the dryness of upper tobacco was stronger than middle tobacco.3)The smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco from Guiyang County were steady and little difference in different years and different towns.4)The smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco from Guiyang County are inferior to Zimbabwe,but that are strong more than other heavy flavor type tobacco–growing areas in Hunan Province.
