高职院校创业教育存在的问题分析与对策探讨

On the Problems and Countermeasures of Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

当前高职院校创业教育存在创业教育理念落后、创业教育目标功利化、创业教育体系不完善、创业实践平台较为单一、创业师资队伍素质不高、学生创业意识和精神欠缺等诸多问题,严重制约了大学生创业。高职院校应探寻积极的对策,完善创业教育体系,为学生创业提供就业指导,以提升创业教育的质量。

Since the college enrollment policy changed,the number of graduates has risen sharply,but the employment situation is becoming increasingly severe.At present,there are many problems in the enterprise education in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the positive countermeasures,perfect the system of entrepreneurship education,and provide employment guidance for students.This paper mainly analyzes the problems and countermeasures of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in order to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
