新农保制度下广西农村养老现状调查

Survey on Present Situation of Rural Pension in Guangxi under the New Rural Social Pension Insurance System

我国已经进入了老龄化社会,老年人的数量比重每年都在上升,养老问题日益严峻。通过在广西农村的实地调查,从农村老年人的经济来源、生活照顾和精神慰藉三个方面来进行调查分析,了解广西农村老年人的养老状况,进而了解新型农村社会养老保险制度的实施情况。调查结果显示:家庭养老作为传统的最重要的养老模式的地位并没有改变,但社会化的养老模式对农村的养老产生了积极的影响;广西农村老年人养老资金没有保障,生活上缺乏照顾和陪伴,精神生活匮乏。

China has entered the aging society,and the number of elderly people is rising every year.Pension problem becomes increasingly serious.On the field investigation in the rural areas of Guangxi,this paper tries to analyze the pension situation of elderly people in Guangxi from three aspects of economic source,life care and spiritual comfort,then to further understand the implementation of the new rural social pension insurance system.As the traditional pension mode,family pension has not changed,but the social pension model has a positive impact on the family pension model.The old people in rural areas of Guangxi have not been guaranteed about pension funds,lack of care and companionship in life and lack of spiritual life.
