The green development concept is not only in the construction of ecological civilization,but also in the economic,cultural,social construction and so on.The construction of“green micro-blog”is an important part in the construction of network culture.To focus on purifying micro-blog network environment and promoting the main melody,people should integrate the concept of green development into the micro-blog building.Using the green development concept guides the construction of“green micro-blog”.Its aim is to improve the network citizen’s media literacy,promote the core values of Chinese socialism,perfect the network supervision legal system,adhere to the both of rule of virtue and rule of law,create a green,ecological and civilized micro-blog network environment.
