摘要
在地方高校转型的关键期,"企业命名班"的教学转型具有较强的示范作用。岗位实习结合企业的生产实际,使学生以"准员工"的身份真正参与到企业的生产中,成为不可忽视的实践教学环节。如何管理岗位实习的各种资源,充分发挥其作用,是确保岗位实习获得良好效果的基础。本文将对"企业命名班"岗位实习资源管理的途径进行初步探索。
The transition of teaching mode for"Enterprise Named Class"has strong demonstration effect at the keystage of transformation in local colleges.Post practice combining with the actual production of enterprise,so that the studentscan be really involved in the production of"Enterprise as Employees".So post practice is the most important partof practice training.How to manage the various resources is the basis of good effect can be obtained for post practice.The exploration with management way for post practice resource of the"Enterprise Named Class"is studied in this paper.
