摘要 教育事业是兴国之本,承担着为社会发展输送大量优秀人才的重担,我国高等教育事业改革后,对高职教育提出了更高的要求。高职院校作为培养专业人才的重要场所,在新时期的教育教学中,应用"以人为本"的理念是尤为必要的,突出人的主体地位,采用更容易令人接受的管理模式,有助于提升管理成效。"以人为本"理念应用在高职教学管理中,有助于对传统教学管理模式的创新和完善,构建更加完善的评价机制,打造高素质的师资队伍。本文主要就"以人为本"理念背景下的高职教学管理进行分析,寻求合理的应对措施。 Education career is and rejuvenating the country,to transfer the burden of a large number of talents forsocial development and reform of higher education enterprise in our country,puts forward higher requirements onhigher vocational education.As an important place to cultivate professional talents in higher vocational colleges,in thenew era of education teaching,the application of"People-Oriented"concept is particularly necessary and outstandingperson's main body status,adopt more easily acceptable management model,help to improve management performance."People-Oriented"concept applied in the management of higher vocational teaching,help to the traditional teachingmanagement mode innovation and perfect,build more perfect assessment mechanism,build high-quality teaching staff.This article mainly is"People-Oriented"concept is analyzed under the background of higher vocational college teachingmanagement,to seek the reasonable countermeasures.
