教育事业是兴国之本,承担着为社会发展输送大量优秀人才的重担,我国高等教育事业改革后,对高职教育提出了更高的要求。高职院校作为培养专业人才的重要场所,在新时期的教育教学中,应用"以人为本"的理念是尤为必要的,突出人的主体地位,采用更容易令人接受的管理模式,有助于提升管理成效。"以人为本"理念应用在高职教学管理中,有助于对传统教学管理模式的创新和完善,构建更加完善的评价机制,打造高素质的师资队伍。本文主要就"以人为本"理念背景下的高职教学管理进行分析,寻求合理的应对措施。
