浅谈青年专业导师在本科实验班拔尖创新人才培养中的角色定位与素质要求

人才是科学发展的第一资源,是国家实施创新驱动发展战略的关键要素。高校作为国家创新体系的重要组成部分,肩负着为社会培养输送人才的使命。在每年培养出数百万计的专业人才的同时,培养造就出更多的精英人才,这是我国高等教育机构面临的迫切任务。本科拔尖创新人才培养是高等教育改革的重要"试验田"。实验班是高校探索构建拔尖创新人才培养模式的一种积极尝试,专业导师制在该模式中发挥着不可替代的作用。青年教师担任专业导师有着优势,但也存在着一些不足。青年专业导师应找准定位,不断提升自身素质和能力,以更好地适应角色要求。
