职业院校“双师型”教师胜任力模型的构建及应用情况研究

A Study on the Construction and Application of the Competency Model of "Double Type" in Vocational Colleges

职业院校主要是为社会培养实践型人才的场所,因此对于教师的教学能力有着较高的要求,要求教师能够很好地将理论知识与实践能力相结合,成为"双师型"教师。因此,本文以职业院校为研究对象,将教师胜任力模型引入到对"双师型"教师队伍建设的研究中来。针对职业院校"双师型"教师胜任力的分类进行了相关的研究,进而提出了胜任力模型构建的必要性,最后提出了如何构建胜任力模型的相关措施。

Vocational colleges mainly for cultivating practice talents for the society,and therefore have higher requirementsfor teachers'teaching ability,requires teachers can effectively combine theoretical knowledge with practicalability,become a"Double Type"teachers.Therefore,based on the professional colleges and universities as the researchobject,the teachers'competency model into the study of"Double Type"teachers team construction."Double Type"teacher competence in vocational colleges classification has carried on the related research,and then puts forward the necessityof constructing competency model,and finally puts forward the measures of how to build a competency model.
