高校编外人员日益在高校中占据重要地位,编外聘用人员的待遇、岗位设置、职称、档案等相关问题也日益凸显出来,分析高校编外聘用人员存在的问题,探讨有效的解决建议,对高校可持续性发展有着重要的意义。
