教育腐败的道德成因和德性教育

摘要 教育是国家兴旺的根本,是国家富强的根基。从事教育的人员理应成为道德的楷模,然而教育系统的腐败案件层出不穷。教育腐败不是某一国所独有的,已经成为国际突出的问题。2004年,联合国教科文组织国际教育规划研究所在吉尔吉斯斯坦首都比什凯克召开了"教育中的透明度、问责制与反腐措施"研讨会,使国际上广泛开展对教育系统反腐的研究。2007年,这一组织公布了报告《学校腐败:出路在何方》,为国际教育反腐提供参考。对于教育系统的腐败问题,国内学者也多有研究。本文在前人研究的基础上,主要从道德成因和德性教育的角度加以探讨。 Education is the foundation of the country's prosperity and the foundation of the country's rich andpowerful.The personnel engaged in education should be regarded as a model of morality,but the corruption cases of educationalsystem are in an endless stream.Education corruption is not unique to a country,has become an outstandingproblem in the world.In2004,the United Nations Educational Research International Education Planning organizationwhere the Kyrgyz capital Bishkek held"accountability in education,transparency and anti-corruption measures"seminar,to study the education system to carry out a wide range of international anti-corruption.In2007,the organizationpublished a report on the corruption of the school:where is the way out,to provide reference for the international educationcorruption.Domestic scholars have also studied the problem of corruption in the education system.On the basisof the previous studies,this paper mainly discusses the moral origin and the moral education.
