摘要 以学生为主体的主动学习模式是现代医学教育教学方法改革的主要方向,以问题为中心的教学模式(PBL)是这种教学方法的典型代表,得到较为广泛的应用,并在培养学生自主学习能力方面取得了一定的效果,这种教学方式具有激发学生主动学习的优点,而且更加注重学生应用知识能力的培养。PBL的教学模式,已在欧美多家医学院校使用,并取得了较好效果,已成为目前最新的医学教育模式。我院初步在临床医学教学中尝试此方法,并取得了较好效果。 Student-centered active learning mode is the main direction of the reform of medical education.Andproblem based learning method(PBL)is a typical representative of medical education,which is widely applied to cultivatestudents'autonomous learning ability.PBL has advantages to attract students'attention.PBL has been used in anumber of medical schools in Europe,and this method has better teaching effectiveness than traditional education.
