摘要
目的:探讨病例讨论结合Seminar教学法在脑病科本科生临床教学中的影响。方法:在2014年10月—2015年9月间,选取安徽中医药大学2012级中医临床相关专业的40名大学本科生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组20人。实验组采用病例讨论结合Seminar教学法,对照组采用常规教学方法。对两组学生的考试成绩进行比较,并以问卷调查的方式对两种教学方法进行评估。结果:实验组学生期末考试成绩显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在激发学习兴趣,改善知识水平,提高分析、表达、自主学习能力,启发批判性思维,等等方面,实验组的有效性显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑病科本科生的临床教学过程中,应用病例讨论结合Seminar教学法,有助于加强学生中医脑病学科的基本理论和实践操作的掌握,可以有效提高教学效果。
Objective To explore the effect of Seminar teaching method in clinical teaching of patients with encephalopathy.Methods:from September2015to October2014,40undergraduate students of grade2012of traditionalChinese medicine in Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the research subjects,and randomlydivided into the experimental group and the control group of20people.In the experimental group,we used thecase discussion and Seminar teaching method,and the control group used the routine teaching method.The test scores ofthe two groups were compared,and the questionnaire survey was conducted to assess the two teaching methods.Theresults of the experimental group students final exam scores were significantly higher than the control group,there wassignificant difference between the groups(P<0.05);the experimental group in improving students'self-learning ability,learning interest,knowledge level,analysis ability,expression ability and creative thinking of6aspects of the effectiveness issignificantly higher than the control group,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:thecase discussion combined with Seminar teaching method applied in the teaching of encephalopathy,help to strengthenthe basic theory and practice of the teaching of the students,can effectively improve the teaching effect.
