It is an irreplaceable role of undergraduate thesis as the important part in the process of undergraduateteaching course.In this work,the advising experience of undergraduate thesis of Food science and engineering major atthe University of Shanghai for Science and Technology was introduced from subject selection,experimental implementation,and thesis writing,providing the references for guiding the preparation of undergraduate thesis.
