基于校内外最大资源的大学生创业精神培养机制研究

A Study on the Cultivation Mechanism of Entrepreneurship Spirit for College Students Based on the Largest on-and-off Campus Resources

中国已经进入创业型社会,其要求大学生具有创业精神。为构建大学生创业精神培养机制,本文整合与创业精神培养有关的最大校内外资源,建立创业教育→实践→服务→创业与再创业→创业教育这一良性循环,从而构建大学生创业精神培养机制;最后要求建立一个宽容创业失败的社会。本文重新定义创业精神,将创业精神作为一种生活态度、职业实践思维渗透于大学生心中,并首次在与创业有关的校内外最大资源的基础上,构建大学生创业精神培养机制。

The fact that the whole China has launched a nationwide mobilization activities of innovation and entrepreneurship,resulted in the requirement of college students with entrepreneurship spirit.In order to construct the cultivation mechanism of entrepreneurial spirit for college students,this paper integrated the largest on-and-off campus resources related to the cultivation of entrepreneurship spirit,and established a virtuous circle,which displayed as follow,entrepreneurship education→practice→service→entrepreneurship and re-entrepreneurship→entrepreneurship education,so as to construct the cultivation mechanism of entrepreneurship spirit for college students.And finally the establishmentof a tolerant society for entrepreneurship failures was required.This paper redefined the entrepreneurship spirit as follow,as a way of life and professional practice thinking,the entrepreneurship spirit permeates the hearts of college students,and for the first time constructed the cultivation mechanism of entrepreneurship spirit for college students on the basis of the largest on-and-off campus resources.
