现代大学制度框架下民办高校两级教学管理制度构建研究

Research on the Construction of the Two Level Teaching Management System of Private Colleges and Universities under the Framework of Modern University System

我国在《2010-2020国家中长期教育改革发展纲要》中明确指出,必须要完善符合我国国情,具有我国特色的现代大学制度。近些年来,两级教学管理制度开始在众多高校中萌芽和发展,尤其是随着教育改革的不断深入和发展,很多民办高校已经将两级管理制度的构建作为其内部管理改革的一项重要举措。但是在多种客观因素的影响下,我国民办高校两级教学管理制度仍然存在很多的问题。本文就是针对现代大学制度框架下民办高校两级教学管理制度构建展开分析和研究,希望提出有效的措施更好的构建高校教学管理制度。

China in the"2010-2020national long-termeducation reformand development outline"clearly pointed out,must be perfect in line with China's national conditions,with China's characteristics of modern university system.In recent years,the two level teaching management system in many colleges and universities began to sprout and development,especially with the deepening of education reform and development,many private colleges have to build two level management system as an important measure of its internal management reform.However,under the influence of various objective factors,there are still a lot of problems in the two level teaching management system of private colleges and universities in China.This article is aimed at the modern university system under the framework of private colleges and universities teaching management system construction of two analysis and research,hope to put forward effective measures to build a better teaching management system.
