探究工学结合模式下高职学生管理工作的创新

Innovation of Higher Vocational Students' Management Work under the Mode of Combining Work with Study

"工学结合"模式就是充分的利用企业丰富的资源和实际的工作环境,结合学校的实际教学进度和学生的接受程度,最大化的发挥企业和社区党组织的积极作用。根据高职高专院校对培养人才的总体要求和基本特征,把学生的党建工作作为"校企合作"的重要内容,"工学结合"下带给高职高专院校的是学生党建工作中的新的问题和挑战。本文从探索"工学结合"模式下学生的党员教育和管理的新途径的角度出发,解释了"工学结合"模式的具体含义和作用,进而探索了在"工学结合"模式下高职高专的学生管理工作中的创新方法。

The model of"Combining Work with Study"is the full use of the rich resources of enterprises and the actual working environment,combination acceptance according to the actual progress of teaching and students,maximize the positive role of enterprise and community organizations.According to the general requirements of personnel training in Higher Vocational Colleges and the basic characteristics of the students the work of Party building as an important content of"school enterprise cooperation","combination"in higher vocational colleges is to bring newproblems and challenges in the work of student Party building.This paper explores the"combination"mode of students'education and management of Party members in new ways perspective,explains the mode with the combination of meaning and function,and then explores the innovative methods of students'management in Higher Vocational Colleges under the mode of"work study combination".
