摘要
本研究通过分析人本管理思想的涵义及其在高校图书馆管理中的现实作用,探讨了人本管理在高校图书管理工作中的地位和作用,并进一步提出了人本管理在高校图书馆创新管理中的应用。
Through the analysis of the management meaning and reality in the management of university library,and discusses its status and role of the management in the university library management,and application of the management innovation in the management of university library is proposed further.
